Find an order and check its status
- Open the Amazon app or website and sign in the normal way.
- Go to Returns & Orders (or Your Orders).
- Use the search box or the date filter to find the order.
- Select Track package to see the latest delivery stage.
If a package looks late
- Check the estimated delivery window again. Dates can shift as a package moves.
- Look for a "delivered" note and check nearby spots such as a porch, mailroom or neighbor.
- Wait a day if the status says delivered but nothing has arrived, then use the order page's help options.
